Retail – Sales terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to any offer made by Food in Concept B.V. and to any agreement reached between Food in Concept B.V. and the customer.
This text explains legally the rights and obligations of both ourselves and our customers. Although we make every effort to keep all our customers satisfied, it is necessary to publish the terms through this form.

Price
Our product prices are indicated in euros excl. VAT. The products and prices from 1st of January – 31th of December, subject always end stock and involuntary errors in the title, description, price and quantity of the product. We can not be held responsible for (typing) errors in our offers or on our website. All invoices should be paid in euros.
Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days after the invoice has been paid, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is regarded as an indicator, not as a binding deadline. Deliveries within the Netherlands are free of charge from of € 350 ex VAT. For deliveries below an amount of € 350 ex VAT the shipping costs are € 6.95.
Deliveries outside The Netherlands are free of charge from of €350 ex VAT. For deliveries below €350 and outside the Netherlands, shipping costs are variable and will be charged.
Immediately after the goods are considered to be delivered, the buyer bears the risk for all direct and indirect damage to or caused by the goods.
By accepting the delivery, you agree that your goods have arrived in good order. If your delivery appears damaged on the outside, you should refuse it on arrival and ask for it to be send back. The buyer knows that we can not be held responsible for the state of the order, once the package is accepted by the transport company.

Returning delivered goods can only take place with the explicit consent from our side and the associated terms and conditions to be determined by Food in Concept BV.
Reselling
Resale of Pineut products on other terms than those agreed at the start of a collaboration with us (for example for a different price, in other shops, or on events), is only permitted after consultation with and agreement of Food in Concept BV.
Payments
Payment must be made upon receival of the invoice. The outstanding balance must be paid within 14 days. After payment of the invoice, the order will be sent to your stated address unless otherwise agreed.
Data protection
Accordance with the law you have the right to oppose the use of your data for direct marketing purposes, you will have access to all information that we collect from you and you have the opportunity to correct any incorrect information. Your data may be passed or under strict conditions in order to provide payment and shipping of your order; thinking of passing address to TNT for delivery of the order.
Applicable law and competent court
This agreement is governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Food in Concept and the customer shall endeavour to settle possible disputes amicably. If no settlement can be reached or if this agreement does not contain any provision for a specific case to wording or interpretation, any disputes arising out of, or in connection with this agreement shall be exclusively submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
